Sound knowledge of Chemistry and good experimental hands for conducting experiments with all safety precautions and recording the experiments in lab note books. Collection and  intimation of results and observations to team leaders. To work in team for the development of processes for Crams Molecules/ API and Intermediates.  Must have good practical knowledge of interpretation of results IR, NMR and Mass results.
