Dr. Jafri has more than 25 years of rich experience in Pharmaceutical Industry in the areas of process development of API’s, Intermediates, product commercialization, Technology Transfer and DMF filings.

Dr. Wajid Jafri
Director
Wajid Sajjad Jafri joined Waruksha Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. as a Director in October 2018. He has more than 25 years of successful pharmaceutical experience managing Process development of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API’s) and Intermediates, Drug Master File (DMF) fillings, Contract Research and Technology Transfer areas. During his tenure at Waruksha, Dr. Jafri’s expertise in process research, scale up tactics and commercial understanding, have helped fuel the growth of the company’s current product pipeline and collaborations.
Prior joining to Waruksha Dr. Jafri served as Head R&D at Parmax Pharma. He has held number of research and development positions in various organizations Viz. Ranbaxy Laboratories, Orchid Pharma., Jubilant Organosys, Max India, Atul Ltd and Nicholas Piramal India Ltd. He has several research publications and patents to his credit.
Dr. Jafri holds a Ph.D. degree in Chemistry from Patna University.
Dr. Bhushan Sahasrabuddhey
Dr. Sahasrabuddhey has more than 22 years of rich experience in Pharmaceutical Industry in the areas of Analytical functions of API’s and CRAMS. He has experience of Method Transfer, Data Integrity, Investigations, DMF Filing and GLP.

Dr. Bhushan Sahasrabuddhey
Director
Bhushan Sahasrabuddhey joined Waruksha Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. as a Director in February 2019. He has more than 22 years of successful pharmaceutical experience managing Analytical Research and Development functions of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API’s), Contract Research and Intermediates. He has experience of Drug Master File (DMF) fillings, Method Transfers, Data Integrity, Investigations and GLP. During his tenure with Waruksha, Dr. Sahasrabudhey’s expertise in analytical chemistry, data integrity and GLP etc. have helped in smooth development and commercialization of company’s current product pipeline and collaborations.
Prior joining to Waruksha Dr. Sahasrabuddhey worked as Head, Analytical Research in organizations Viz. Actavis, Hikal, Parabolic drugs and Amneal Pharma and as Associate Director at Nektar Therapeutics (India). He held a number of research and development positions at Lupin Laboratories, Orchid Chemicals and Unichem Labs. He has several research publications to his credit.
Dr. Sahasrabuddhey holds a Ph.D. degree in Analytical Chemistry under the European Union (EU) program in collaboration with Free University of Amsterdam, The Netherlands from Jabalpur University.
